在過去的幾周里，我在努力的和星吧閣的多數學生家長們進行交談。大家交流中不斷提及的話題之一，就是在家中創造英文環境的問題。如今我們都聽說過一些方法，比如觀看英文電影、聽英文歌曲等，但說起另一方法——用英文和他們的孩子對話，絕大多數的中國家長都不敢嘗試。主要原因，就是擔心他們這樣做會在某種程度上對孩子的外語學習造成不良的影響。家長們的擔心包括:
● 怕孩子會“感染”上他們可怕的口音
● 害怕自己混淆語法，或用錯詞語

我想和大家解釋一下，為什么我認為這類問題是可以克服的，以及為什么我認為在家里和孩子講英語，是家長在幫助孩子學英語的經歷中能為他們做的最有益的事情。
在我和家長們開始談到講英語的時候，我發現用一個簡單的比喻來解釋效果不錯。如果您的孩子想學打籃球，您可以在開始的時候教他學習如何抓球。然后，教他如何彈球，以及投籃。之后，您可以教他籃球的游戲規則，甚至和孩子一起玩一下。所有這些您教的基本技能，都是孩子要打籃球比賽所必需的核心條件。一旦學習掌握并加以實踐，他就可以和其他孩子一起玩耍，同時提高自身的技能。當和其他的孩子一起游戲的時候，通過觀摩其他的孩子，您的孩子會通過學習他人的玩法，來形成自己的游戲策略，甚至會開始對自己的技法進行創新。當他從練習中以及對失誤的總結學習中表現越來越好的時候，他就有可能在籃球技能上超越您。

一、評分強調一致性
大學英語四、六級考試的作文部分不是自由作文，而是有規定命題的作文。對考生寫什么內容有比較明確的要求，用各種明確的方式如提綱、圖表、關鍵詞等加以限制，但提綱常用中文給出，以避免考生將提綱中的文字直接抄錄進作文。采用有控制的作文也有利于提高評分的一致性。
對作文評分影響最大的是評分過程。同一篇作文，不同的閱卷員可能給出不同的分數。只有保證評分的一致性，才能提高作文閱卷的信度。這個一致性包括閱卷員本人的一致性、閱卷員之間的一致性和閱卷點之間的一致性，要采取一定的質量控制措施，盡量減少和濾除閱卷員評分的主觀性對分數客觀性的影響。
二、作文題的評分通常有兩種方法
一種是綜合法，一種是分析法。分析法是把一篇作文分解為若干要點，如內容、結構、文章連貫性、語法、詞匯等，不同的要點也可作不同的加權處理，各要點得分的總和即為全篇得分。綜合法是憑閱卷員通讀一遍的'總體印象打分。綜合法的優點是能從總體上把握全文，評卷速度比較快，效率高。
此外，為了提高閱卷的信度也有采用“兩讀”的方法，即每篇作文由兩名閱卷員各自獨立評分，若分數差兩檔以上，由第三名閱卷員重判。考慮到大學英語四、六級考試規模太大，不可能進行兩讀，因此，通常采用綜合法和“一讀”的評址椒ǎ然后根據考生的客觀題得分進行調整，盡量減少系統誤差?
