　　我的老師有很多，他們都曾經教會我過什么。在眾多老師中，我最敬佩的是已經教我四年的英語老師——王丹老師。

　　她有一雙炯炯有神的大眼睛，高高鼻梁，戴著一副黑框眼鏡，留著齊肩的短發。一看長相就可以知道，她做事干脆利落，絕不拖泥帶水，她對我們的要求也一樣——今日事，今日畢。

　　記得剛上一年級時，我性格內向，上課不敢舉手發言，王老師見狀，課下便與我溝通，為了鼓勵我，她讓我在英語早讀時做領讀員帶領全班領讀，這對我來說是個大大的鼓勵。現在，無論上什么課我都積極舉手發言，這對我的.自信心及各科成績都有很大幫助。

　　她一天要上好幾個小時的課，即使如此，她也沒有放棄對每個學生的關注。有人退步，她提醒；有人進步，她便鼓勵；有人上課走神，她便提醒批評；有人上課聽講認真，她便表揚。她從沒太嚴厲或太松懈，以如此的方式促使我們進步——從來都是這樣，這也是我敬佩的一點。
